Provide impactful training and education to retail sales associates on the features and benefits of Metro by T-Mobile products and services.
Provide operational excellence with weekly inventory counts, returns and overall store daily operations.
Build strong partnerships with the store SL/RSR, providing value through regular, ongoing support of assigned store.
Lead from the front with daily store sales activities.
Conduct assisted selling events, demonstrate, and articulate product features and meet sales goals during peak selling periods with personal sales involvement.
Drive in store sales through SL/RSR training, consumer sales events and overall store support of the Metro by T-Mobile brand
Manage, set up and reset client merchandise displays in retail locations; implement and troubleshoot visual merchandising.
Coordinate and execute special awareness and sales events at retail location/outside events and function as a brand and category expert to your retail sales associates and customers during these events.
Participate in team trainings, execute contests throughout your region, and be an active participant of the team through various communications channels, weekly team meetings, and manager 1:1’s. (CARE Coaching)
During key sales times, RSM must be able to work weekends, assist with selling events (usually 4-hour events on Fri/Sat/Sun) both in store and at outside events.
Experience and Education
1+ years collaborating with customers directly or in a retail store environment.
1+ years Retail Sales experience in a commission/bonus-based retail store environment
