One of the most fun times of the month is here again! We are so excited to announce our shining stars from the month of January! We had some great shining stars early in January and it’s always so much fun to recognize everyone for their tremendous work!

First off we have our Mobile Expert of the month! We are pleased to announce our Mobile expert of the month, from Vero Beach, FL, Daniela Rivero! Congratulations and great work Daniela! Daniela had a fantastic month in Vero Beach, excelling at not only boxes and accessories but also feature revenue and several other Big 5 Metrics! Keep up the great work!

Next up we have a really exciting award, this one isn’t just about one person, but about an entire store working together as one team with one dream to be as successful as possible. This month’s winner is store 1302 in Fultondale, AL! This store was led by the fantastic leader, store manager Yurist Ayala, and the whole team rallied around as they drove hard all month long to have a great month! Thank you to the entrie team at store 1302, keep up the great work!

Next up we have our Area Sales manager of the month, we are excited to announce the winner of our ASM of the month for January 2022 is Jasmine Brown! Jasmine is a relelntless leader in the Atlanta area. Jasmine had an outstanding month across the board on all sales numbers, and Big 5 metrics. Jasmine’s stores had an incredible month as her 3 stores averaged a national rank of 326! WOW! Great work Jasmine, keep it up, and THANK YOU!

Finally for our final award from January, we have our District Manager of the month! Congratulations and great work Stephani Ipenza! Stephani is a relentless leader, that brings a passion, and work ethic that are the keys to her success. Her doors had an incredible month across the board, best exemplified by the fact her 7 stores averaged a national rank of 349 on the Big 5 in January! Great work Stephani, keep it up!
