A friend referred me to this store. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Lorrielaine. She helped me with everything I needed. It Is the Best experience I have had in a long time. Thank you for have a person like her she's amazing. She made my day better. The staff was very considerate and helpful. Really made me feel comfortable in the store. Honestly I've been to various other locations but this is my favorite location by far. I will drive any distance I have to just to go there.

I was so very happy with sales individual her name is Victoria. I'm going thru a of personal difficult situation and she was so very compassionate and comforting. I left the store, feeling so much better knowing I had a phone to communicate to my family and friends. If I should need assistance in the future I hope she will be on duty.

Leonora could not have been any more helpful. I walked in having no idea what I wanted except it's not an Android. After she explain the difference between the iPhone I had and the Android I'm taking the time to really explain it of course I went with one. I am older and not a truly computerized person and she did not speak down to me she's switch everything from my old phone which was my concern to my new one. While I was there she got busy I never neglected me or the other customers that came in. I wasn't sure about going to Metro but we do it again in a heartbeat and I know I've got a few problems with the phone just think I don't understand yet and I'm sure I can go back she will be just as helpful! In fact I called her today to see where the survey was so I can let you know what a gem you have. Thank you so so much!

I went in and had a very great experience my sales associates name was Josh in Albertville, Alabama He was kind, welcoming, and attentive to my needs in a cellular device. I have never received such caring and great service at a cellular store before .. instead of telling what I needed to buy, what plan I needed etc... He listened to me and what I wanted... I came in not knowing about this service but left a very happy customer! Thank you to your very awesome employee! I love my new device!

I came in the Starkville location just shopping around and I was immediately greeted by Carnecia. She was so sweet and we'll informative. She was patient with me and explored literally all the phones. I was eager to purchase. She really gave me a bang for my buck. I am bringing my whole family back to purchase from her!
