Always a great part of the month we are so excited to announce our shining stars for the month of September! We will be announcing the Mobile Expert, Store Manager, Store, ASM, and DM of the month! 

First, our mobile expert of the month, an employee that has been with Talk More Wireless for over 5 years and has been an incredible part of the team! Congratulations Azaria Basabe on winning the Mobile Expert of the month for September! Not only did Azaria have incredible numbers in the month of September, but she has been an exceptional member of the team since joining! With over a $33 attachment rate, 45 BTS devices sold, and great work on several Big 5 Metrics, Azaria did an amazing job in September, thank you Azaria, keep up the great work! 

Next, our store manager of the month someone who has been with Talk More for over 3 years, working in the Baton Rouge market Jasmine Miller! Jasmine had an incredible month with 63 BTS devices sold, a great attachment rate, and exceptional work on the Big 5 metrics! Jasmine thank you so much for your relentless effort, thank you for being an amazing member of the TMW team! 

Our store of the month for September is one that has really been shining bright in South Florida, our Westland Mall store in Hialeah, FL! This store did absolutely amazing throughout the month on a variety of metrics! Obviously they crushed the sales numbers, they went above and beyond shooting for their goals, and they did an excellent job on the Big 5. Perhaps the best of their accomplishments from the month is the perfect SME and NPS scores as they show this stores commitment to being #CustomerObsessed and always doing everything they can to provide the best possible customer experience! Thank you to the entire team at Westland Mall!

Now, onto our Area Sales Manager of the month! Congratulations and great work Stephani Ipenza!! Her stores performed incredibly well throughout the month of September on all metrics! Stephani led her stores to an excellent month, she has shown great leadership abilities and we are so excited to see her future at Talk More!

Our last award goes to our District Manager of the month! This is a person that absolutely earned this award, congratulations Michael Jimenez! Michael leads 11 of our stores in south Florida and has been an outstanding addition to our team! We are so happy and lucky to have him on the team! Michael has fantastic leadership abilities, and has done a great job developing and leading his team to be the best they can be! Michael thank you for your great work, and leadership, keep up the great work!
