Develops, manages and leads team of high energy Store Managers and Mobile Experts across multiple locations in a geographic area to ensure achievement of Area sales targets and key metrics, operational goals, and Company and T-Mobile initiatives while delivering a superior customer experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for full operation of multiple retail store locations including opening, closing, staffing, sales, customer satisfaction, cash and inventory controls, store appearance and store marketing
Reviews and analyzes business reports to effectively manage store performance metrics (KPIs) and makes adjustments to staffing, training and tactics in order to maximize results
Develops strategic and proactive hiring and development plans to ensure Area is properly staffed with highly motivated, trained, professional and effective individuals
Assists with hiring, training, coaching, development and motivation of the Areas team
Meets or exceeds assigned sales performance and profitability metrics for their Area
Sets appropriate individual performance targets and standards for each Store Manager and assists Managers with coaching and performance management of their teams
Spends 75% of time leading by example servicing, engaging and selling to customers directly on sales floor rotating consistently among locations within their area
Facilitates and participates in daily huddles and weekly staff training/educational sessions to increase knowledge, create high levels of motivation, and inspire team to achieve results
Provides subject matter expertise to answer staff, customer and inter-department questions and to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely, efficient and effective manner
Ensures that all team members are fully aware of all current promotions, all procedures and are compliant will all T-Mobile and Company required training completion
Works with Store Managers to brainstorm, develop, implement and monitor store marketing and prospecting plans for each location to increase customer base and sales
Reviews, monitors and approves store work schedules and staffing issues to effectively manage payroll expenses within budget and to ensure coverage matches the needs of individual locations based on traffic flow and timing
Ensures all stores in Area are maintained to be compliant with visual merchandising, signage, cleanliness and other visual standards as established by T-Mobile and the Company
Ensures all locations comply with daily cash handling, bank deposits, credit card reconciliation and payout activities
Ensures all locations maintain proper inventory controls, complete weekly inventory counts and reconciliations, process timely RMA and XBM returns, follow inventory compliance and protection of company asset policies, and facilitates inter-store inventory transfers and stock balancing
Performs periodic full Store Audits to ensure compliance with all Company standards and Metro by T-Mobile requirements

Cultivates strong relationships and partnerships with local T-Mobile teams and departments to evangelize the Company brand, mission and partnership
