At Talk More Wireless we put an extreme emphasis on RECOGNITION! We have the best employees in the world, we couldn’t do what we do, we couldn’t have the success, and we couldn’t grow the way we have and will continue to if it wasn’t for the incredible work they all put in every single day! For this update we want to recognize our SHINING STARS from the month of March! Our Shining stars are our top performers from the month, we always recognize our: employee of the month, Area Sales Manager of the month, the store of the month, and in March we also announced our District Manager of the quarter! 

Employee of the Month

First, we will start with the Shining Star of the month, our employee of the month for the month of March is Maria Pacheco! Congratulations Maria on the great work! Maria is our excellent store manager at our Gallatin Pike location in Nashville, Tennessee! It isn’t possible to poke any holes in Maria’s performance during March, she had an incredible month, thank you for the great work Maria!

Area Sales Manager of the Month

Next, our Area Sales Manager of the month…. Heather Crews! Heather has been with Talk More Wireless since September of 2017! She has been an incredible part of our team and has done such a great job managing her stores! Heather we can’t thank you enough, keep up the incredible work!

Store of the Month

Now for our store of the month…. We want to give a big congratulations to McKenzie St in Foley Alabama on being our store of the month! Now here is where this takes an even better turn… Heather Crews manages the McKenzie St store! Heather did an incredible job leading all of her stores and this store and the entire team at this store did an extraordinary job becoming our store of the month!  Great work Allison, Genell, Sarah and Heather! Keep up the great work!

District Manager of the Quarter

And now our District Manager of the QUARTER goes to Joshua Adkins! Josh has been at Talk More since February of 2018, and has done a great job! He has gone above and beyond to ensure that all of his stores perform to a very high standard, he brings #RelentlessEffort every single day to ensure his stores have success! Josh, thank you for your great work!
