Well the winners are official! It was another great month and the month of July had some exceptional winners! There is no doubt that throughout the month the entire team performed incredibly well, but these winners absolutely earned being the shining stars through going above and beyond! Thank you to the entire team, and a special thank you to these winners! 

First off, our Mobile expert of the month from North Miami, FL Irlande Arbrum! Irlande performed so incredibly throughout the month! Her relentless effort, determination, and work ethic can’t be overstated! She brought everything she had this month and the results spoke for themselves! Irlande, thank you for your incredible work and congratulations on being our July Mobile Expert of the month!

Next, our store manager of the month… Andrew Petro Jr! Andrew led his store to not just a great performance on the Big 5, but to the #1 ranking in the country on the Big 5 report!!! WOW!!!! With incredible metrics across the board Andrew led his team to tremendous success, thank you Andrew for your #RelentlessEffort to lead your team to the top! Now it is time to do it again!

Our Area Sales Manager of the month award for the month of July goes to…. Ruby Gonzalez! Ruby is in our New England market and did an amazing job leading her stores! Ruby had the 60th ranked store in the entire country on the Big 5 for the month of July and also had 2 other great performers! Ruby has been a great part of the team for almost a year and a half now, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on the team! Thank you for the great work Ruby!

Now our District Manager from the Month of July… Dylan Walruff! Dylan came to Talk More through an acquisition and has been an INCREDIBLE addition to the team! Dylan had incredible results especially a great attachment rate, great BTS sales, and very good Feature revenue! Thank you Dylan for your #RelentlessEffort, keep up the great work!

Now… For our store of the month for the month of July… Before the announcement I have to say this one was pretty easy as it was decided by the Big 5 ranking, not only is this the #1 store for the month of July at Talk More, this store was the #1 ranked store in the entire country! Tyrone Blvd! Wow I mean what is there to say other than it is absolutely incredible that you achieved the #1 ranking in all of Metro by T-Mobile! Thank you to the entire team for the tremendous results!
