Another month, another opportunity to recognize and congratulate our top performers from December 2021! This is always a fun part of every month, and we have some very deserving employees for this month! December was an incredible month at Talk More Wireless and so many people stepped up to make it a December to Remember, so let’s get to the fun!

First off we have our Mobile Expert of the month from 0975 in Hialeah, FL, Aldo Pineiro Jr.! Huge congratulations to Aldo for his incredible work in the month of December, thank you for your relentless effort, your great sales skills, and your commitment to high performance! Keep up the great work Aldo!

Next up we have our store, store manager, and team of the month. Now imagine the performance that’s required to achieve all of those from one store in the same month… We are excited to announce that store 0911 in Plant City, FL is the winner! This store had some incredible results in December, not only on boxes, but also did great work on attachment rate, feature revenue, and all of the other Big 5 metrics! Thank you Joan, Javier, Julio, Azaria, Jermin, Adrian, and Jose for your incredible work!

Now onto our Area Sales Manager of the month we are excited to congratulate and thank Kuadiel Gomez! Kuad has continued to grow and work relentlessly throughout his time at Talk More Wireless, watching him progress to ASM has been great, and he is a fantastic leader and member of the team! We are so happy to have him a part of the team, Thank you!

Finally we have our District Manager of the month… Thank you and Congratulations to Drew McAllister! Drew is an outstanding leader in the Atlanta area, his doors had great success in December! Drew we can’t thank you enough for your relentless effort, your leadership, and commitment to high performance! Keep up the great work!
